This Starbucks has been great every time I have come here. I noticed that a lot of the customers seem to be on the rude side with the staff. My drinks and food were awesome each time and the service has been great.

Located in the Hilton Austin I routinely visit this location when I am downtown for an event or convention. It is very nice and quick. On this day I grabbed the new Texas and Austin "Been There" mugs and a strawberry green tea. I collected many "You Are Here" mugs and not feeling compiled to collect these too. Anyway this is a real Starbucks and can pay using your phone to collect reward points.

Two big issues that are non starters: slowest Starbucks I've ever been to in any city (and that's a lot!) and no fruit or healthy choices for food.
I stayed at the Courtyard while attending a conference at the convention center. Days are jam packed so quick coffee and a healthy start to the day is key. No fruit to be seen. No oatmeal available. 20 minute line wait for drip coffee.
Woefully understaffed. I highly recommend walking 2 blocks up 4th to Congress to a great but hidden coffee shop or anything else you see! -

Easily the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. You'd think since it's a chain it would be consistent but no. Went there while staying at the hotel and waited 25mins in line to place an order. Blame it on the conference in town (it's right next to the convention center) but then you should know you need to staff up and be ready. Even the folks that were working had a snails pace attitude & movement.
Oh and $17.75 for a medium cafe latte, breakfast sandwich, and fruit cup is highway robbery. -

The employees are not nice. I bought a green tea frappe and then just wanted to refill my reusable cup with ice and tap water and they wanted to charge me $0.54. Will just find another location to buy my drinks. Plenty of other Starbucks locations nearby.
